From the representative landing area, which can also be reached by the garage, you can easily reach the upper living area by lift or stairs. This level also impresses with the three guest rooms that come each with ensuite bathrooms and offer more unique views of the alpine surroundings. The spacious wellness area with a sauna and steam bath as well as direct access to the pool invite you to linger with its outdoor terrace. The spacious living area with its exposed roof truss made of reclaimed wood, the free-standing fireplace, wine room as well as the panoramic windows once again emphasize the pure living panorama of the ALM360.
The master bedroom with its fully equipped bathroom and spacious dressing room are also located on this level. The generous balcony again offer plenty of space and proximity to nature.
